To teach and implement the balanced philosophy of
practical idealism as given to Richard Kieninger by the ancient,
mystic Brotherhoods of scientist-philosophers and which was presented in
The Ultimate Frontier;
to continue the work of Richard Kieninger, the Brotherhoods'
authorized representative to The Adelphi Organization, on tasks They
assigned to him;
to provide a format and environment whereby the
member's practice of the precepts and teachings of the Brotherhoods
can be fostered in a democratic setting while minimizing negative
outside influences;
to cooperate extensively in the creation of the city
of Philadelphia, which is to be built on an island in the Pacific
Ocean;
to help develop a culture that is to be furthered in
the future city of Philadelphia.
